At the Teen/Senior level, dancers train with intention. Our classes emphasize clean technique, alignment, and performance readiness—supporting healthy movement habits and helping dancers take ownership of their growth. Every class builds on foundational skills with age-appropriate challenges.
Whether they’re learning a new skill or performing on stage, dancers build confidence by showing up, working hard, and seeing progress. Our instructors celebrate personal wins and guide teens toward self-assurance—on the dance floor and in everyday life.
Dancers thrive when they feel seen and supported. At Soul 2 Sole, teens train alongside peers who encourage each other, push through tough moments together, and celebrate each other’s success. This sense of belonging is woven into every class, rehearsal, and performance.
Train with Purpose. Perform with Confidence.
Our Senior Level program is built for advancing dancers in grades 9–12 who are ready for more depth, precision, and expression in their training. With a curriculum designed to challenge and inspire, students grow in styles like Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, and Acro. Each class is paced to encourage technical refinement, artistic development, and personal achievement. Through consistent training and meaningful feedback, dancers see growth they can feel—and proudly share at our end-of-year recital and seasonal showcase.
Lyrical blends ballet, jazz, and modern techniques to express emotion through movement. Dancers focus on musicality and storytelling, using the lyrics of a song to guide their choreography with fluidity, grace, and connection.
Contemporary encourages dancers to move freely, combining structured technique with expressive, grounded movement. This class explores dynamics like fall and recovery, breathwork, and improvisation to help dancers connect with music, space, and themselves.
Ballet provides the foundation for all dance styles. This class builds strength, flexibility, and discipline while developing artistry through classical technique. Dancers work at the barre, center, and across the floor using a blend of Vaganova and Cecchetti methods.
Jazz is upbeat and technical, focusing on turns, leaps, kicks, and strong lines. Classes combine flexibility training with stylized choreography to build performance presence and confidence.
Acro blends classic dance with tumbling elements like cartwheels, back bends, and walkovers. Focused on strength, balance, and flexibility, this class helps dancers safely build their acrobatic vocabulary and integrate skills into choreography.
Hip Hop is high-energy and fun, incorporating elements of street dance, funk, and freestyle. Dancers improve stamina, rhythm, and coordination while learning fresh choreography in an encouraging space.
Tap builds rhythm, timing, and precision. Dancers learn to create sound through their feet while developing musicality and strength with a mix of traditional and modern tap techniques.
Musical Theatre fuses dance with acting and performance. This class emphasizes storytelling, stage presence, and jazz technique, helping dancers bring characters to life through movement and expression.

Many programs focus only on repetition or physical conditioning without considering artistic growth or emotional development.
While teamwork is important, the focus often leans heavily on winning and stats, not personal expression.
Programs may not adapt to individual strengths or allow teens to work at their own pace.
Unlike dance, sports and fitness programs don’t offer opportunities to share progress through artistic showcases.
Our classes are structured for advancing intermediate dancers, offering feedback that respects each teen’s abilities and goals.
Dance challenges both the body and mind, helping teens build strength, coordination, and emotional expression.
We nurture peer connection through a safe, encouraging environment where dancers build each other up.
