Company Team
At Soul 2 Sole, we believe in developing dancers who not only excel in technique but also grow as leaders, teammates, and individuals. Our Company Team exists for dancers who are ready to deepen their training in a supportive, faith-filled, and family-centered environment.
Each season, our Company dancers—currently 27 strong—commit to an elevated training schedule that sharpens their skills and strengthens their stage presence. These dancers attend weekly rehearsals and participate in technique classes designed to stretch their abilities and refine their artistry. Beyond the studio, they travel across Western New York to attend conventions, learn from top-level instructors nationwide, and compete in regional dance competitions that challenge and inspire.
Company life is full of purpose and responsibility. Dancers invest extra hours rehearsing, bond through shared goals, and carry themselves with excellence in and out of the studio. This program also includes additional financial commitments, which families consider as part of the investment in their dancer’s growth.
At the conclusion of each season, our instructors thoughtfully review class performance, effort, and potential. Dancers who demonstrate readiness may receive an invitation to try out for next year’s Company Team. We’re already preparing for the excitement of our 2024–2025 season!

The Soul 2 Sole Ambassador Team shares the love, joy, and fun of dance with our local community. As passionate performers and studio role models, Ambassadors represent our values through appearances at festivals, parades, and special events. With every performance, they inspire connection, spread positivity, and showcase the heart of Soul 2 Sole.
