Dance helps children build confidence, physical coordination, focus, and teamwork. At Soul 2 Sole, we also emphasize emotional expression and character-building through movement. Our nurturing Christian environment encourages each dancer to grow in skill and self-worth.
We welcome dancers from age 2 through 18. Our class levels are thoughtfully structured by both age and developmental readiness—ranging from Tiny Treasures (ages 2–3) to our Teen/Senior classes for high schoolers. Class placement may also consider experience and teacher recommendations.
Our main dance season runs September through May, with classes offered in 9 monthly installments. We also host a separate summer session. While there’s no long-term contract, consistent attendance ensures dancers progress confidently throughout the year.
Yes! Dancers participate in a Winter Showcase in December and our End-of-Year Recital in May. These performances are joyful celebrations of each dancer’s progress. Costumes are simple for the winter show and more traditional for the spring recital.
Life happens! If your dancer needs to miss a class, you can contact the front desk to inquire about a make-up opportunity. Availability is based on class capacity.
Yes—our Parent Viewing Weeks take place the first week of each month. This lets you see your child in action while preserving classroom focus during regular weeks. We also offer large viewing windows and a comfortable lobby for waiting families.
Combo classes are designed for young dancers and blend two to three styles—like ballet, tap, or acro—in one session. They’re a fun way to build a strong foundation and keep little dancers engaged with variety.
We thoughtfully group dancers by age and readiness. Teacher assessments help guide placement decisions to ensure each child is both challenged and supported.
We are committed to age-appropriate content. All music, themes, and costumes are respectful and modest—covering cleavage, midriffs, and rear ends. Our goal is for every child and parent to feel comfortable and confident on performance day.
The performance package helps simplify recital costs. It includes your dancer’s costume, a recital t-shirt, a digital show recording, and other show-related items. One flat monthly fee covers everything throughout the season.
Costs vary slightly by age and class, but most costumes are bundled into the performance package. This includes accessories, tights, and a garment bag for easy organization.
